villa in the popular and
established area of Luz Parque. |

full en-suite bathroom and a full separate bathroom are located on the ground floor and all have direct access to the courtyards and sun terraces that surround the villa.
In the courtyards are sun loungers and a
barbeque area for alfresco dining. The pool can be heated by prior
arrangement. |
Upstairs is the comfortable lounge with satellite
television. Cloakroom. The lounge leads directly on to the large
balcony that overlooks the pool area and has fantastic,
uninterrupted views of the bay. Leading from the lounge is the
separate dining room with access to the balcony and to the fully
equipped kitchen. A staircase leads down from the balcony to the
pool and courtyard areas. The villa is fully enclosed by surrounding
walls and gated access provides secure private parking.
