floor where there are a further 2 double bedrooms both with en-suite
bathrooms and private verandas with lovely views over the village
and the sea.

| Living accommodation includes a spacious living
room with fireplace, patio doors leading off to a covered terrace.
Dining room seats 12, a well equipped kitchen and laundry room with
a cloakroom. Spacious terraces outside and sweeping lawns take you
down to the large swimming pool, which can be heated by prior
arrangement. A small path then takes you to the tennis court.
