| Casa da Praia is one of four delightful town house apartments situated
in the exclusive Parque da Praia development in Praia da Luz. The
houses are grouped around a swimming pool and surrounded by beautifully
manicured gardens which are completely enclosed therefore offering
privacy yet being only one minute’s walk from the beach and
amenities of the village. |
| All houses have been built to an exceptionally high standard and
the gardens are well established with plenty of lawn and surrounding
trees. |
| The entrance hall leads to the spacious living/dining area with
French windows leading out onto the terraces and lawns around the
pool. The open plan kitchen is extremely well equipped with dishwasher
& washing machine. Leading off from the living area is a twin
bedroom with a separate shower room. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms
each with their own bathrooms. There is a small enclosed private terrace
leading off one of the bedrooms and French windows lead from the Master
bedroom to a covered balcony overlooking the gardens and pool. |
