| Superb four bedroom villa which commands some of the best sea views
in the area and is entered through large white gates with steps leading
down to the front doors. |

Three twin bedrooms each with their own bathrooms occupy the left
hand side of the villa. The villa is built on many levels making it
interesting although not suitable for young children or elderly people.
One of the bedrooms is a children's bedroom with a single bed and
another pull out bed underneath. |
| The lounge and dining area are open plan and steps lead up to a
study. Leading from the study are the kitchens and leading off from
those along the hallway on the right is the fourth bedroom with bathroom
en-suite. The kitchen can be used as one or separated creating a self
contained unit if desired. |
| All rooms have French windows leading to the patios with steps down
to the pool. The pool is large and there is a well equipped built
in barbecue. Steps lead down from the pool to the delightful gardens,
which has a fishpond. The gardens slope down to the cliffs by the
sea. |
