Casa Cegonha is a lovely family villa on the ridge east of the
historic town of Lagos. Furnished to the highest standard. Casa
Cegonha commands lovely views. The upper floor has a
living/dining room and separate kitchen.
The living room is spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. Stereo
& satellite TV. The dining area has a circular pine dining table
with seating for six. There is one further rectangular pine table
with seating for four. The lounge and dining area open onto a
terrace with cane chairs and a table. The terrace overlooks the pool
and gardens and has spectacular views over the countryside and to
the sea.
The kitchen, which leads off from the dining area, is very well
equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and coffee
maker. There is also a cloakroom on this floor with wash basin and
toilet. The downstairs has four bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 has twin beds and fitted wardrobes and is furnished in
blue. Bedroom 2 is the same as bedroom 1 but is furnished in green.
These bedrooms share a wet room. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and a cot. This bedroom has an en-suite
wet room. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing table and 3 seater dark cane sofa and ensuite full bathroom. The bathrooms have been recently renovated. All bedrooms lead out to the beautiful garden that has plenty of flowers and lots of lawn.
The large rectangular pool can be heated by prior arrangement.
